Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with management and heads of departments; they will be part of a team analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities, trends, and behaviors that will help drive business decisions and optimize customer value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Performing a variety of ad-hoc analyses and investigations as required by the business and communicating output to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain reports for a multi-product and multi-company environment. 
  • Build and maintain data sources for reporting.

Required Skills

  • Experience in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role applying statistical methods to solve business problems

Role Purpose

The Senior UX/UI Engineer will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) with a focus on polished user interfaces (UIs) built with React and Next.js. You'll play a lead role in establishing the technical architecture for UIs, ensuring both beauty and functionality.

They will join the automation team at RedAcre, collaborating with two other backend developers to work on Python backend tasks. Together, in a cross-functional team, they will develop AI-powered automation products and processes.

      Role Purpose
      The Operational AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Fraud Investigator is responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring compliance with AML regulations. This role involves analyzing transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and collaborating with various departments to mitigate risk and protect the company's assets.

      Core Responsibilities

      • Evaluate and identify suspicious behavior, investigate and work together with other stakeholders to take the appropriate action according to the levels of risk. 
      • Reply on a timely basis to client queries coming through from the General Support staff or the Compliance agents (including, but not limited to compromised accounts, suspicious activity tickets, delete account requests, duplicate/ multiple accounts, mismatching detail accounts, withdrawal checks, etc…)
      • Serve as the escalation point for AML-related inquiries and perform investigations.
      • Assist in the investigation and reporting of Suspicious Transaction Reports, as well as ongoing monitoring and compiling of due diligence documents. 
      • Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud by reviewing customers’ accounts. 
      • Analysis of all available data for different tasks within the role and drawing conclusions based on the information extracted check high-risk transactions and accounts that are escalated for fraud or suspicious reasons.

      • Assist in performing in-house training if required
      • Investigate flagged or alerted customer accounts generated by the Alerts framework.

      We require a Senior Legal Associate to join our team and closely collaborate with internal teams, departments, and the Head of Legal. Senior Legal Associate role will be exposed to various files of the legal industry such as commercial, employment, IT, marketing and intellectual property.


      Core Responsibilities

      • Be involved in all aspects of commercial agreements;
      • Assist with corporate matters and affairs such as structure changes;
      • Manage legal documents, drafting /vetting of contracts/agreements as
        directed;
