12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Objective:
The NetSuite Implementation Support person will be responsible for supporting the project team and leadership in implementing the NetSuite ERP across the Red Acre group of companies. The person will support the team members is designing the Net Suite system and set-up as well as leading the data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT) The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite implementations, project management skills, and a deep understanding of accounting and business processes. Ideally, the person will also have experience in using the Net Suite solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Plan progress tracking To work with project team members and to support them in completing project tasks as well as escalating issues and concerns
Implementation partner (NB2) collaboration – to work with the Red Acre strategic implementation partner to help set up the system
Net Suite System Administration – to provide the Net Suite system administration function (password, user permissions, change control, software updates, etc ). TO work with NB2 to continually improve how Red Acre group harnesses the full functionality of Net Suite. To contribute to relevant user groups.
Business analysis and process documentation – to provide business analysis and to document existing (AS-IS) business processes, to recommend improvements, and to utilize the standard Net Suite best practice business processes to help develop the Red Acre Way
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating project progress to stakeholders
Any ad hoc duties that arise in the continuance of your role
1. Financial Design
Design Framework: To support the project team in developing and documenting a best practice financial structure (CoA, cost-centers, depts, analysis dimensions, inter-company trading, etc) that exploits the full potential of the Net Suite functionality
To facilitate the design, and control of data and processes across the Red Acre group to ensure efficient financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as regulatory and tax compliance.
2. Internal Team Leadership & Collaboration
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide guidance and training to the internal finance, operations, and IT teams on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of NetSuite, addressing any resistance and ensuring that the system meets user needs.
3. Coordination with Implementation Partner (NB2) Team
Vendor Management: Provide a point of contact for NB2, ensuring that the project remains on track and within scope.
Technical Oversight: Support the technical implementation of NetSuite, including data migration, system customization, integration with other business systems, and testing.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the group's quality standards and that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
4. Go-Live Preparation & Post-Go-Live Support
System Testing & Validation: Lead & manage the user acceptance testing phase, to ensure that NetSuite meets the Red Acre group's requirements and Blueprint Design Document (BDD).
Go-Live Coordination: Develop and execute a detailed go-live cut-over plan, including data migration, system cutover, and contingency planning.
Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support to the internal team after the system goes live, addressing any issues, providing additional training, and ensuring continuous system optimization.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Progress Reporting: Regularly report project status to senior management, including key milestones, risks, and issues.
Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including configuration details, training materials, and support processes.
Post-Implementation Review: Conduct a post-implementation review to assess the success of the project and identify any areas for future improvement.
Key Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills & Experience
NetSuite Expertise: Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle NetSuite implementations, preferably in a multi-company environment. Experience in managing system administration for Net Suite solution
Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the development of financial structures e.g. chart of accounts, etc.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Business Analysis and process documentation – Experience in documenting business processes and advising changes and improvements
Data Migration & Integration: Experience with data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite, as well as integrating NetSuite with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HR, inventory management).
2. Soft Skills & Competencies
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues early in the project and develop creative solutions to ensure project success.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritizing – Ability to prioritize tasks and workplans
Training & Support: Ability to train and support end-users, ensuring that they are comfortable and proficient with the new system.
3. Education & Certification
Bachelor's Degree: In Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
NetSuite Certification: Preferred but not mandatory; practical experience is highly valued. A good understanding of the need for good ERP solution management
Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus

The IT Support Level 1 will be responsible for managing tickets and analyzing technology.
You will be participating In project work and diagnosing hardware issues; as well as installing computer software, performing daily ad-hoc duties and documenting all processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Managing tickets and the queries of employees in a timely fashion.
- Analysis of ticket details to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Testing and evaluating new technology if requested by the lead
- Project work that can cover any aspect of the company's IT systems and infrastructure across any or all departments.

- Analyse and provide resolutions to issues beyond procedural-based troubleshooting.
- Highlight or document any improvements/recommendations in the service desk knowledge base.
- Document all processes and resolutions for any occurring issues
- Be the point of contact for any tools, systems or processes the lead share entrusts you with to provide knowledge and resolutions to the service desk team.
- Act as an anchor point between front-line service desk and senior-level roles.
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Basic knowledge of Jira Software

Role Purpose
We require a Senior Legal Associate to join our team and closely collaborate with internal teams, departments, and the Head of Legal. Senior Legal Associate role will be exposed to various files of the legal industry such as commercial, employment, IT, marketing and intellectual property.
Core Responsibilities
- Be involved in all aspects of commercial agreements;
- Assist with corporate matters and affairs such as structure changes;
- Manage legal documents, drafting /vetting of contracts/agreements as
directed; - Assist with drafting and maintaining internal policies and procedures;
- Prepare and improve internal template agreements to streamline the process
for concluding contracts within efficient timeframes; - Collaborate with tech, marketing, sales and various business teams at all stages of product development to assess compliance and to identify any potential legal risk;
- Provide assistance to the compliance department on compliance and regulatory matters as may be necessary;
- Undertake legal research work as necessary and assist other department on legal matters as may be required from time to time;

Required Skills
